What guests mention most: clean rooms, skilled therapists who check the pressure, a calm Lanna-style room and clear prices. Two things to know: walk-in guests sometimes wait 10–15 minutes while a therapist arrives, so message us first; and our one three-star review (below, in French) describes a wrong Grab address, fewer therapists than promised and a therapist who fell asleep, with our apology underneath.
Reviews in other languages show Google's English translation underneath. The shop writes its replies in Thai, so each reply has an English translation, labelled.

Translated by Google: Perfect for relaxing and recharging. The shop's atmosphere is beautifully decorated, warm, and cozy. The air conditioning is comfortably cool, and the music is soft and soothing. The massage oil has a lovely, relaxing scent, absorbs well into the skin, and isn't sticky. The masseuse applied gentle yet deep pressure. I was impressed with the service, from the welcoming staff to the way they served water after the massage.

Translated by Google: The massage parlor is a bit out of the way, but I took Grab to get there. (Be careful with the address; I had to take two Grabs because I copied and pasted it.) Grab takes you to the other side of town.
I chose the 1.5-hour lingam massage.
When choosing a masseuse, I was told that 5 were available on Line, but when I arrived (9:00 PM), only 3 were available, even though there were no other clients.
I chose the youngest and prettiest masseuse.
We went to a private room with a shower.
At first, it was pleasant, quite gentle and slow with oil.
Then we both lay down, and she fell asleep in my arms for about 40 minutes, I'd say 😬. When she woke up, she finished the massage, but there was no apology or attempt to make up the time.
Looking back, she seemed tired. I did enjoy having a young and pretty girl pressed against me, but she wasn't interested in me; I think I was too old for her.
Our translation: Dear ThaiTrip Jonathan, Thank you very much for your comments and suggestions. We sincerely apologise for what happened. A therapist falling asleep during the treatment and not looking after you for the full booked time is a serious mistake and does not meet our service standards. We have warned the team and stressed our working standards with them. We also apologise about the number of therapists: we told you we had sent you photos of 5, but when you arrived there were 3. Two therapists happened to get massage bookings while you were on your way, and you had not booked a particular lady in advance. If you would like a massage, we recommend naming the lady you want. We would also like to thank you for the information about the map pin location. We are urgently checking and updating our location on the navigation systems so that this does not cause confusion again. We would like to invite you to contact us through the shop's official LINE account, so that we can look after you and properly make up for the service time you missed. We very much hope for the chance to improve and to look after you again. Yours sincerely, Management, Ai Oon Massage Lanna

One of the best Thai massages I ever had, Irene was my Masseuse, she was attentive to the pressure she applied, very strong with skillful Thai massage techniques, she was asking me if I felt comfortable and through the whole 90 minutes I felt relaxed in her professional care. I will come again. Btw the shop is very clean and looked after, everything was very good. 5 ⭐ for sure!

Translated by Google: I've had traditional Thai massages at this salon twice now, and both times were excellent. The massage technique is very professional. I have a problem area on my spine, and I'm very picky when choosing a massage therapist. I've had different therapists here both times, but the quality was consistently high. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Ai-oon Massage Lanna, where I chose the Thai Oil Massage, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable and explaining the treatment beforehand. The Thai Oil Massage was deeply relaxing yet effective in relieving muscle tension. The therapist used the perfect amount of pressure and warm oil, combining traditional Thai techniques with smooth, flowing movements. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend Ai-oon Massage Lanna to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience. I will definitely come back!

Translated by Google: This was my first time visiting Chiang Mai. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, but my friend who I had arranged to meet had a sudden urgent matter and asked to reschedule for the evening. Not knowing what to do with the wasted time, I searched for a massage shop nearby and found this one just a few meters away, so I didn't need a taxi. I walked there without expecting much, but the atmosphere inside was very nice, clean, and the staff were friendly. The masseuse was surprisingly good. I recommend calling to book in advance because I waited almost 10 minutes on my visit. Overall, it was a good experience.
