Thai foot massage in Chiang Mai

A warm foot wash, a deep recliner and an hour of pressure-point work from the toes to the knees. The quickest way to undo a day of walking.

What to expect

Your foot massage starts with a warm foot wash. Then you sit back in a recliner while your therapist works the soles, toes, ankles and calves, pressing the reflex points of the feet. Thai foot massage follows reflexology: the idea that points on the feet connect to the rest of the body, which is why most guests leave feeling lighter all over.

Foot, back and shoulder

Short on time but aching everywhere? Our foot, back and shoulder massage splits the session between your feet and your upper body. It's the traveller's favourite after a long flight or a day in the markets.

Good to know

You keep your clothes on; just roll your trousers up to the knee. A foot massage is also a good first treatment if you've never had a Thai massage before.
